The assembly of this tree is a lot of fun. Because the wire frame is pre-knotted and can’t be undone, the 4 twist and split steps are very easy to do. Then beads are threaded onto the first of the 12 little branches that are left, the end is twisted and prevents beads from slipping off. When all 12 are beaded the final step of shaping the tree trunk and branches makes each tree an individual creation -
just like in nature.
Each kit has a beading tray to hold the
beads while you assemble. The beads
are supplied in a Zipseal bag with
individual instructions. Everyone
succeeds with this activity and the
result is truly delightful.
No special tools needed to bend the super soft wire
September is ARBOR month
A comprehensive Teacher Guide,
a free SANBI poster and a story
is supplied for each teacher

It’s difficult to imagine that such a complicated looking tree can be so easy to assemble
Each kit has a beading tray to hold the beads while you assemble your tree. More than enough beads are supplied as well as wire and clear instructions.
There is a Teacher Guide and a story about the Sacred Python.
ARBOR month September
This little beaded tree is easy to assemble. The glass beads are supplied in greenish colour blends.
There are 4 pieces of soft wire supplied and each piece must be threaded with about 45 beads then the two ends are simply twisted together and set aside.
Once all 4 pieces of wire have been completed like this, the 4 twisted ends are now twisted together and the tree is complete. Just squish and squash the 4 loops and shape into your individual tree creation.
There is a separate packet of beads and another piece of wire and these are used to make a python. The python can be twisted up into the branches or it can just lie coiled up on the roots of the tree.
