Orders placed on our website are generally bulk school orders that need to be paid by your school’s accounts department. Therefore, we do not require immediate online payments, nor do we provide this facility. Rather, we generate an invoice for you that can be forwarded to your relevant department for authorisation or settlement.
By doing this, we ensure that you have complete control over your confidential information. We will never ask for any sensitive banking details.
On every events page, you will find an order form either at the bottom of the page, or you will see an ‘Order Now’ button which will redirect you to an online order form.
Simply fill in your requirements and submit.
You will receive a follow up email from us confirming receipt of your order, with our invoice attached in PDF format.
If you are ordering off multiple order forms, you can leave the shipping section blank. We will combine your orders into one invoice and calculate the best possible shipping charge for you.
An alternative option, is to email us your list of items and quantities directly. Again, as mentioned above, we will confirm via email with our generated invoice attached. Our email address is info@izibead.co.za
Please be aware that we are a wholesale manufacturer. We do not hold completed products. All orders are meticulously put together for you from our wholesale stock. This process takes time, generally around 7 working days, depending on the size of your order. During peak periods this lead time may increase and we urge you not to leave your order for the last minute. We are however flexible and will always try accommodate urgent orders. If you need your order on or before a specific date, kindly let us know in the comments section of the order form, or via email.
South Africa has both 3 and 4 term schools. 3 Term schools have a half term. This affects our delivery schedule. Please notify us of any upcoming holidays and best delivery dates to avoid packages being returned as a result of school holidays.
